1. Agreement

By using FanwaveLife, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms apply to all users, including producers (hosts) and consumers (fans).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use FanwaveLife. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Do not share your credentials with others.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@fan-wave.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use FanwaveLife for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Transmit content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or sexually explicit during live sessions.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems.
• Use the app to send spam or unsolicited messages.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from the app.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or interact with the service.
• Attempt to circumvent or exploit the virtual coin system.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

5. Meetup Sessions

Producers (hosts) may create live Meetup sessions visible to approved consumers. By hosting a session you agree to:

• Comply with our Acceptable Use guidelines throughout the session.
• Take responsibility for the content you broadcast.
• Respect participants and handle disputes in good faith.

Consumers may join sessions subject to host approval. Hosts may remove or ban participants at their discretion for violations of these terms. Sessions are not recorded by FanwaveLife; however, participants are responsible for not recording or distributing session content without consent.

We reserve the right to terminate any session that violates these Terms.

6. Interactive Challenges

Consumers may send interactive challenges (e.g., Path Trace, Whack-a-Mole) to the host by spending virtual Coins. Challenge results are determined by real-time gameplay and are final.

Challenges are entertainment features only and do not constitute gambling. No real-world prizes are offered. Coins spent on challenges are non-refundable regardless of outcome.

7. Virtual Coins & In-App Purchases

FanwaveLife offers virtual Coins that can be purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Coins are a virtual currency with no cash value and cannot be:

• Exchanged or redeemed for real-world currency.
• Transferred between accounts.
• Carried over if you delete your account.

All Coin purchases are final and non-refundable, subject to Apple's refund policies. If you believe a purchase was made in error, contact Apple Support.

Producers earn virtual Coins when consumers send actions or challenges during sessions. Earned Coins may be spent within the app on available features. FanwaveLife does not offer cash withdrawals or payouts.

We reserve the right to modify Coin pricing, availability, or functionality at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Subscriptions

• Free tier — basic features with certain limitations as described in the App.
• Subscriber — a recurring monthly subscription for full feature access.
• All subscription purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's payment terms. We do not handle payment card data.
• Subscription renewals are charged automatically to your Apple ID. You may cancel at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.

9. Haptic Content

As a producer, you are responsible for the haptic content you send to your followers. You agree to use this capability responsibly and with the consent of your recipients.

Do not send haptic patterns in a manner that could cause harm, distress, or discomfort to recipients. Repeated unwanted transmissions may result in account suspension.

10. Reporting & Moderation

You can report sessions, content, or users that violate these Terms directly from within the app. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. We will take action when violations are confirmed, which may include content removal, session termination, or account suspension.

False or abusive reports may result in action against the reporting account.

11. Intellectual Property

The FanwaveLife app, including its design, code, and content, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you create using the app. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to process and transmit your content solely as needed to provide the service.

12. Disclaimers

FanwaveLife is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data or virtual Coins.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of FanwaveLife will be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
