1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Fanwave Life app ("App", "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Fanwave Life. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions is prohibited.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App to harass, threaten, or harm other users.
• Send haptic signals in a manner intended to cause physical discomfort or distress.
• Transmit spam, unsolicited messages, or automated haptic events.
• Attempt to access, interfere with, or disrupt our servers or infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.

5. Producer and Consumer Roles

• Producers broadcast haptic events to users who choose to follow them. You are responsible for the content and frequency of haptic signals you send.
• Consumers voluntarily follow Producers and consent to receive haptic signals from those they follow. You may unfollow or block any Producer at any time.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

• Free tier — basic features with certain limitations as described in the App.
• Trial — new accounts receive a limited-time trial with full Subscriber features.
• VIP — a one-time purchase that unlocks additional Producer features permanently.
• Subscriber — a recurring monthly subscription for full feature access.
• All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's payment terms. We do not handle payment card data.
• Subscription renewals are charged automatically to your Apple ID. You may cancel at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.

7. Content

You retain ownership of any content you create in the App (profile information, custom haptic patterns). By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and transmit that content as necessary to provide the Service.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting fanwaveappcom@gmail.com.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the App will be error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fanwave Life shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is based, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
