Getting Started

Producer — Select the Producer role after sign-up. Use Quick Send or enable Context Triggers (Beat Sync, Voice Level, Shake) to broadcast haptic signals to your followers.
Consumer — Select the Consumer role. Follow a producer, then tap their chip in the top bar to start receiving haptic signals.

FanwaveLife requires a valid email address and a display name to register.
If you forgot your password, tap Forgot Password? on the login screen and we will email you a reset code.
To delete your account, email us at support@fan-wave.com with your registered email address and we will remove your data within 30 days.

Free tier — unlimited producer features; consumer can follow one producer at a time.
Subscriber (monthly) — unlimited concurrent producer subscriptions, Action Composer, Voice Wave Lab, and no ads.
VIP (one-time) — same benefits as Subscriber, paid once.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Manage or cancel in the App Store → your Apple ID → Subscriptions.
All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's refund policy. We do not handle refunds directly — please contact Apple Support.

If the torch flash feature does not activate, go to Settings → Receive Preferences → Torch Flash and verify it is enabled. Torch is automatically skipped while the camera is in use.
